The Bowen Technique is a hands-on, holistic and
gentle treatment used to assist with a wide variety of symptoms and
conditions. it is gaining wider popularity for its
gentle and non-intrusive approach to healing. The Bowen technique is
defined by specific rolling moves over tendons, muscles and ligaments -
effecting the fascia or soft tissue in to unblock and reset the body
back into balance and health. Many choose Bowen as a therapy for
conditions including: Bad Backs, Stress, IBS, Frozen Shoulder, Knee
Issues, Musculoskeletal Problems, PMT, Migraines, Sciatica, Depression,
Anxiety and much more.
Emily has been practising The Bowen Technique since she qualified with The European College for Bowen Studies in 2011. Emily’s non-judgmental, skilled and intuitive approach to Bowen ensures that clients feel comfortable and reassured during their treatment.
Emily also practices Therapeutic Moogwax Massage, including Swedish, Aromatherapy and Indian Head Massage. Moogwax is a balm combining beeswax, apricot kernel oil and vitamin e, plus a tailored oil blend to your needs – perfect for sensitive skins, both nourishing and providing the right amount of friction.
